Fit and Fun Kids

We offer School term and holiday classes

 

Our fun and educational program includes a mix of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, and dance fitness. The activities and structure of the program is based on meeting kids’ needs and interests. Improve kids’ concentration as well as physical and mental well-being by reducing stress and anxiety.

Depending on the age of the children, a 1-hour, 2-hour, or half-day program may be appropriate. We have a peaceful studio environment and qualified educators and staff members who have experience working with children. 

Our school will provide yoga mats, cushions, and other necessary equipment required for the activities.
